- New Turtle Beach Z22 headset. I used its mic to record all the sounds in this pack.
- ALL sounds are recorded by me, repeat, ALL SOUNDS.
- Used Audacity to edit sounds, thanks to their programmers and designers for that incredible software.

TROUBLESHOOTING for v1.0
If my sounds do not work for your game/only partially work for your game, try these fixes:
- If you are running 4.09 or 4.10 or 4.11, use the 4.12 and earlier version.
- See if you can find xJumo004A_1000.wav here:
    Il2/my_samples/xJumo004A_1000.wav
- Make sure the my_presets/sounds folder has no subfolders.
- If none of the above fixes work, you have probably not done them correctly.

FEATURES IN 0.9 RC
Very different sounds for almost all jets in the game. Total list of modifications:
- Jumo004A/BMW003 for Me-262A, HG-II/HG-V/TPF He-162, He-280, Go-229A-1
- Jumo004 for Me-262HG-III, J7W2
- HeS-11 for He-162C/D, Go229A-2/B-1
- Tumanski/Tumanski Kopio for MiG-19/21
- Klimov VK-1/VK-1F for MiG-15/17
- RD-20 for MiG-9
- GE-40 for YP-80/Yak-15
- RR Viper for L-39, L-139, L-159

CHANGES IN 1.0
- All sounds except for Jumo 004A revised completely.
- New sounds for J-47!
- New sounds for Avon engines (CAC Sabres).
- Some new samples extracted from UV3.

Thanks for uploading will check it out! Been flying jets a lot lately.

Here are the class files for 64 channel sound if anyone wants, will work in all IL2 1946 mods

You need to go into setup and select 64 channels.

If you fly stock, sound will revert to 32 channels and save to conf.ini, unless it's write protected, remember that.

You're very welcome!

Oh, did I mention? This is a sneak peak in to a complete sound mod I've been working on for the past four months, just finished the jets in it so I uploaded that part as an upgrade to this. It should be out soon after a few final tweaks, maybe as a Christmas present to the modding community.

Maybe you can do the flyby sound of the "Jumo sound" a little bit longer?

Thanks for the feedback :D

A few points to make

- All jets use jetflyby.prs in UV3
- In UV3, All '45 and '46 jets use motor.TRD.prs
- motor.TRD.prs uses J42 samples in Tiger's mod.
- My sound mod does not include motor.TRD.prs or any J42 samples

So your Jumo 004 sounds shouldn't have changed unless somehow you got some different TRD preset in there. Anyway, I've been working on the mod a bit and soon a version that supports UV3 a bit better should be out fairly soon.

Sorry for my late reply, I haven't been very active, but there are sounds for any and every cold war and vietnam war downloadable on this site.
