I have a small housekeeping problem and need some help.
I've updated my cup install to the 18B patch now. My problem is I'm not sure what to activate with JSGME.exe because I don't know what is outdated and what is new in my jsgmemods folder. Could someone post a screenshot of what a virgin, fully updated jsgmemods folder should have in it? I have 142 mod folders in mine, most of which are old and need to be dumped so they don't sneak in. Thanks

I agree, what we need is a JSGME Enema! - Because JSGME applies to other modules as well the procedure for a Restore Point JSGME would be this:
Disable all JSGME Options
Delete all JSGME Options Prefixed #WAW
UnZIP/UnRAR new JSGME RESTORE POINT-18 into main Il2 Directory.
I will have this up by the weekend - JSGME RESTORE POINT-18
The JSGME Options will be grouped into Categories and I will provide a full list of what each one does. This will be in the readme and updated in the manual.

simon perhaps you could also suggest the best sequence to load each mod as this does have an effect on some mods, just a thought.thanks for all these upgrades mate.kev.

brilliant idea, i've tried to keep an eye on what jsgme updates there are as I update CUP, but some doubles have slipped though. These i can usually tell apart by checking the file date on the folder. But some that have become obsolete are probably still sitting there lol

Thank you Monty. That will help a lot. You're doing a hell of a job taming the wild mod beast.

A very profane 2 cents....
What about split the JSGME in the 5 modules and add them at each dedicated download pages?
General options into MME and dedicated option in each last module of DOF WAW JTW and TGA....
Should be more simple for less experienced users simply disable all JSGME options , delete the JSGME corresponding options folders , add the module update , add the new JSGME updated options folders , reenable JSGME options at will....

Yes, we could do it this way for all modules.

This restore point for JSGME is a brilliant idea !
Hope it will be made for all modules, so we can clean it up and have something fully functionnal !
THANKS, Monty !
