F-100D - Single-seat fighter-bomber, more advanced avionics, larger wing and tail fin, landing flaps. First flight: 24 January 1956; 1,274 built.

The definitive F-100D aimed to address the offensive shortcomings of the F-100C by being primarily a ground attack aircraft with secondary fighter capability. To this effect, the aircraft was fitted with autopilot, upgraded avionics, and, starting with the 184th production aircraft, the Sidewinder capability. In 1959, 65 aircraft were modified to also fire the AGM-12 Bullpup air-to-ground missile. To further address the dangerous flight characteristics, the wing span was extended by 26 in (66 cm) and the vertical tail area was increased by 27%....

F-100F - Two-seat training version, armament decreased from four to two cannon. First flight: 7 March 1957; 339 built.

It also needs a clean jet war install as the western weps pak says so. Also, tried it in my heavy modded one and replaced the old f-100 and got no loadout whatsoever.

Hi dsawan, I put it in my heavily modded install also and I had to add DreamK's Hydrostatic Fuse mod to get the loadout to show up.

This F-100 looks like reverting back into old bad Java codes, ignoring my updates of Sep./2016 ~ Feb./2017 .
Having serious compatibility problem around air refuel and value fields breaking.

I noticed that in my Engine MOD 2.7.1w releasing with new classfiles, sigh ....

Haven't you checked there in this 8 months at least once ?

Its Reply #2 contains all patches for Jets existing in 2.7.1w first published time.
Clean-up source (to get rid of duplicated meaningless / confusing codes between parent class - child class, debug contradictory static values delivering, etc. ) has been shared SVN in each time of updating.

This pack needs DreamK's Hydrostatic Fuse mod to get full weapons list. Without it, i have only some Sidewinder and drop tank loadout, with it we got an endless loadout list.
So i think need to mention DreamK's Hydrostatic Fuse mod in first side between dependencies.
Otherwise, like the new loadouts. So many variations with fuses, arming methods...

Thanks for the great update! However, I have noticed that the newly added AIM-9E missiles don't quite align to their pylons. It's a minor issue. Just wondering if anyone else has noticed or if it's some mistake with my install.

Good morning to all!
As some of us mentioned before, this plane needs the barometric/hydrostatic fuse pack to got the full weapons list.
But when this pack is installed, i got noCompassHeading bug with logout. I have 4.12.2 5.3 modact game. Ant the 4.12.2 fuse pack version. Anybody else noticed this?
(Or maybe, not only fuses but WW2 us ordenance pack also needed?)

When i fire the AGM12 or 12B the missile dont move and when i return i found it at the same place.

No issues with AGM12 with F105 A6 or A7.
No issues with the old F100 22 03 2015.

Hi taskf53, having the same issue as you. I think the last version that the AGM 12 & 12B worked was V2.0. With the latest versions of the F-100 the AGM12 just hangs in the air not moving. Here is part of my log showing the AGM12B:

hello guys, after install in 4122 sas 5.3 jet era, all is OK, but did you notice F100 fly down, like trim on down permanent !! I try all, trim positive, trim neutral, difficult to flight, even the stick is on maximum climb order !!! is there something to do ?

Check the presence in your mod (sas) folder for Jet Era, common utils and SAS engine mod, then check the presence of weapons packs.

So, if you forgot to add in game some of these weapons packs, some of the weapons loadouts will be missing. In your case, it seems, you don't have any of these packs. Beside this, this is 4.12 mod only. If you using older game version, there will be a some issue, I can't tell what issue for sure, game crash at loading, missing weapons (!!!) or so, i didn't test it in that way. To find what's missing in your game, best solution is to send us a log.
