Evening all,
Now, seeing as everyone knows I do it all myself these days I'd like to ask a question that's boggled me for a while. There's a Spitfire Mk.I that was made quite a while ago and it was coded AZ-H. She's famous for being the centerpiece of the Airfix old tooled model kit which came out in the 70's!
I watched a video and to my surprise it DOES or DID exist. Here are some screenshots below if ANYONE has it, it would be nice to have it so I can A) Enjoy it and B) make a reference to future skins.
All the best guys and if anyone replies with it or any comments I'd be obliged.
BlackAce

YEEEEESSSSSS!!!! YOU LEGEND MICK!!!
-
... I also have the no markings version if you want it ... ;)
-
Please that'd be brilliant, it's just I do remember this skin but sadly I know Mangas deleted it... I forgot where I downloaded it... :-|
-
I am a happy man tonight... it's a skin which I thought was long gone. Considering it was from Ultrapack 3.0 and DBW 1.71 era.
-
... curiously, the no markings skin has got a white band on the rear of the fuselage ...

I guess that's usually some of the cases with blanks... I don't know. I guess with some skinners in the past who've made pieces like this do it as heck it's generic like others similar so markings can be on. So it's logic really. :-X
-
That nm, blank, generic or whatever system is not fully logic and developped.
I know from my own work, caring about ingame Markings off/on, can duplicate my workload
and hamper my motivation, as I can't deal all wishes.
Not on the funside, but thinking about suitable Skins for Markings on/off can grow you grey hairs.
Since I left caring about ingame Markings, I hate when I'm forced to use. I go with plain Skins.
I know they are historical, as a ingame marked never will be.

8) You're right!
