:D Thanks to Gunny's post, I rediscovered the magnificent 101tfs Curtiss BF2C Hawk III model and thanks to its perfect template I was able to create this series of seven skins that will be useful not only for Gunny, I hope. The liveries are in 2048 format, I added the 1024 format even if my game does not recognize them, I hope for the intervention of an expert to modify the files in the "summer" folder and thus make the 1Mb format visible. I noticed that the wheels in the taxi turn in the opposite way, somewhat unpleasant .. I know that this problem has already happened to other planes and it has been solved, if someone could put a hand on it .. One last request (today I am a river in flood .. !) I have seen the beautiful Hawk II model several times, I was told that it is only present in BAT, it would be nice to have it also in SAS 4.12 .... Well, here are the skins!

First, Gunnys Skin proposal is for 1.5 version

then CWatson relegated us a 1.6 version, our BAT included 3-D, that is different from 1.5.

Yes, 1.6 is included in BAT, and no, 1.5 is not to be put in BAT unless you do a new Slot and give it a cod.
@Gunny, such technical Info is important, unless you want to create a mess and confuse people.
@Stanislao, alone from Gunnys public Posts I can't see what he was telling you.

;D No, I had no private contact with Gunny, the confusion of many lies in the incomplete definition of the two models proposed, the first was almost certainly a Frankenplane, and was trying to reproduce the Curtiss BF2C-1 Goshawk model 67a, the second very, very more accurate, imported from 101tfs in the guise of a Curtiss BF2C-1 Hawk III model 68 ... my hope was to see the nice Curtiss Hawk II model (available on BAT) also on here SAS for those who use VP modpack for example. That's all . ;)

Confusion? What confusion am I causing?
If I used version 1.6 Hawk III_3D, I wouldn't have asked for skin requeste at all(it have already too much skins).
I am using SAS mod 5.30 and BAT mod 4.0 together.
I just put the version 1.5 "HAWK III (68)3d rework" in my BAT mod 4.0 Red Core newly and Though it shows a wheel problem, but it works well. however none of the existing skin care products fit it.
I don't like the 1.6 version Hawk III_3D. This is because when viewed from the cockpit, the exhaust pipe protruding from the plane head is so annoying.
That's why I asked for a skin requeste with a smooth plane head's 1.5 ver "HAWK III (68)3d rework", and I thanked STANISLAO for making it in a short time.
Of course, it took a considerable amount of my time to apply the skin directly to the mission. But isn't the pain entirely up to me?
That's all. What kind of confusion is that?

:) No dear Gunny, the word confusion was not addressed to you, there have been several interventions that complained about the confusion in the application of skins, especially on the latest model imported by 101tfs. This is the reason for building my latest skins to cover this lack. The problem remains for those who use BAT and have only the first model available. You have been very clear in the warnings you have attached. ;)
