Bf-109L-7 ‘666’ – 1947

The 109L-7, with its DB-'666' engine was considered one of the fastest propeller aircraft to have ever been built. In later decades, versions of the 666 would continue to be used as trainers for pilots, before they could move on to the new supersonic jets. Variants were later adapted for the racing circuit, due to the power of the 4000HP, 18 cylinder engine.

The '666' was also the name given to the 4 bladed propeller 'testbed' for the new engine/an aircraft used for the testing of new weapon configurations, along with a generalised nickname for the first production versions.

While the new alloys had allowed the 109L5 and L6 to be lighter than the K4 and earlier L series, with a weight closer to that of the earlIer 109B and C models, the L7 was closer in weight to the later models. This was in responce to the cannon armament of aircraft such as the B-36, Fugaku (a Japanese aircraft whose plans had been captured by the Americans) as well as the heavy cannon armament of jet fighters such as the Mig-9, which necessitated an increase in armour protection.
Armament continued to be increased, since some of the new Soviet 152 tanks had armour strong enough to withstand shots from the 46’ disruptor cannon. This led to the introduction of the new ‘Type II’ Disruptor cannon as the standard Motorkanone for the Bf-109L-7.

Other loadouts carried included MK214 gunpods, X4H and AGMSC rocket. The aircraft could also carry a recently developed, top secret weapon…….

Here is the new 109-L7 mod. The aircraft carries a secret (non-nuke weapon) that can be very powerful. The mod also folder includes a few '666' skins for that version of the L7.

There is also a 'beta' version of the L7 mod in a separate folder. This is currently a 'clone' of L7 '666', but has a separately titled 3DO folder and is a separate aircraft in the 'air.ini'. I have included the java code in the L7 beta file and it is designed to be a platform for any experiments/future developments with the L7/its 3D model if people wish to do so.

May I ask, does anyone know how much work/how difficult adding a CRP, like the existing 109 CRP mod would be?
What about a V-tail?

Would be possible for the parts/code to be swapped over, or would it mean a whole new 3D model?

How About Bf-109L-7N Night fighter, 666 Nightmare  with 4 Blade Propeller same as 4000Hp monster Engine with newer Weapon.. that’s where the Night Hunters appeared in the dark.

There is a new Plane called Bf-109 L-7X C-10 with 4500hp with 6 blade propeller,,  Black Ragnarök Ace with Doomsday weapon.  No one is Safe from Ragnarök Ace with Jumo 666..

As for C10/6 blade propeller, how much would the 3D model need to be changed?
Also, if 3D model had to be changed, some kind of wing attachment to reflect radar?

Keep the 4 blades propeller  Not making a CRP or 6 blade propeller if you Cant Handle..

The L-7X is a Darker and Front Yellow Nose Skin and Black Ragnarok ace 666 with 4500hp with Jumo-666 Monster Engine,, with 6 Blades and Newer Weapons and Firepower it can Take down Ships and Heavy Aircrafts.

I am having a go at a 3D model, with a new propeller.
Need to get it working, but this can be the follow on to the early '666' variant.

Oh yes, the Early ones is L-7 4000hp DB-666 and the other one is L-7X model with 4500hp Jumo-666 more powerful than 4000hp monster.. with Reinforced wing the Return of Ragnarök has begun.

The KI94 six blade prop renders backwards for some reason (and I will see if I can reverse/invert it).
But it still looks interesting/maybe a mega Motorkanone?.....

That is a link to the BETA files that I created for the L7. They don't have their own weapons/loadouts or slots, but the changed 3do files can be viewed and used in the game if you put them into the L7beta 3do folder.
The link includes a backup copy of the 'original' L7 beta files, and the 5 and 6 blade versions shown above.

The six blade prop does.

Effects of different numbers of propellers. I may need to code some of this into the new FM files for the 5/6 blade.

Cool idea :)...however, with only 87-90 octane fuel widely used in Germany, 4000HP out of a piston engine of reasonable size (meaning one that could be fitted into a fighter) is not happening. Even with 100 octane C3 fuel (which was much harder to produce), you would need massive displacement/size of the engine.
