Yes I saw this too...CLOSE CALL!! and you briefly see the remains of the plane falling away. The footage from his body cam on the ground shows how traumatic ejection is on the pilots.. he has to take time to get it together. Seems like he's looking around for enemy troops? Not sure if he came down over Ukrainian territory.
-
Great footage I thought its IL2 when the surroundings looks like a game and the cockpit too. o_O The altitude is kind of low maybe he wants to see the view where the troops are but ..Boom.. the rockets fly from nowhere. I hope he will be fine and peace to win over war.

From what I remember reading is that this was a training exercise gone wrong and that he hit some wires from some telephone poles.
-
Yes, rocket powered, portable phone poles.
-
Well that's interesting.
Will have a better look at it now.
Actually, there doesn't seem to be any evidence of any explosion in there.
Which I presume would've been seen if it was a missile.
Is it correct that some missiles proximity detonate and rely on ball bearing type shrapnel to cause damage?

Whether it was a training exercise or an operational sortie is hard to tell, but indeed it's been reported that the pilot clipped a power pole which means he did not get shot down by a manpad or the like.
This is the actual crash site's location by the way: https://www.google.com/maps/place/50%C2%B050'01.4%22N+37%C2%B002'15.4%22E
