Title: JTW not working on startup

I just reinstalled BAT to 4.3 and now just JTW doesn't work
It CTD on the splash screen and the only thing that it printed on startup log was:

  *** Library **** DT ****  Loaded *** 102
event viewer doesn't provide anything events as all recent events are all at least 10 minutes off from when I opened up il 2

my install sequence was:
BAT 4.0
BAT 4.1
BAT 4.2
BAT 4.3
BAT 4.3 patch 01
