skipper, i've just tried a 8vs8 seaplane skirmish, must be the most exciting experience playing for me in a year, thanks, thanks, thanks!
being italian (with origins from italian/austriac front ;) ) i dream an adriatic seaplane campaign *-*
your work is really excellent, even for a beta relase :P

just two questions: will be possible to toning down structural thoughness in some way? those flying pontoons can easily reach 300+kph diving ingame, don't know if was structurally possible (hehehe maybe this is my RB/RB3D past, dive and manouver, and plane will break, go too fast and say bye to your wings  ;D )
and second point is for MG, is rate of fire "WWI-ish" enough or the slower rof was only for synchro mg?

but for now i want to say again a BIG THANK YOU for these planes, really! :)

I am doing experiments. Yes, I do not like what I had to put the motors of 240 hp
But with less power robots can not take off. If you have noticed that these engines overheat quickly and wedges.
In flying boats were historically more powerful engines. It's comforting.
Raises the question of weapons .. yes but it should be solved at the community level.

Maybe the float is too heavy because the game still thinks it's made of metal? Just a thought from someone who knows nothing about the subject :D

Help max_thehitman was very helpful.
This will make Macchi_Hansa beautiful and I think taught them to die a little better. ))))))

Returning to the arms - I'll do machine gun
Spandau/Maxim  MG08/15 - rate of fire - 450 rounds/minute for Austria and Germany.
Vickers/Maxim Mk I  - rate of fire - 450 rounds/minute for Entente

Vickers/Maxim Mk I  - rate of fire - 450 rounds/minute for Entente

for comparison:
Browning 0.303in Mark II (R.A.F. WWII): 1,150 rpm
MG FF 20mm (Luftwaffe WWII): 520-540 rpm

man, 450/minute must be even more fun *-* thank you! will try tonight!

Until now 550;)

When the temperature 450 I have not managed to pick up sound and flame.
So far above the real rate, but I'll try to make 450.

I love this floater Skipper, thank you very much.

I had to skin it didn't I.  Took it for a spin on on one of Kapteeni's maps.

Skin represents a FBA Type H No 66 used by the Estonian Aviation Company 1920.

Wishing you all the very best, Pete.
