However, I have a further problem.  If I try to take off from a runway she idles along very slowly and won't get up to take off speed even with the engine at full throttle.  Had a go myself and also tried auto pilot.  Also tried various maps so I don't think it is anything to do with whether ground plates are present or not.

Love the skis, you update things so quickly I can't keep up with progress.

Wishing you all the very best, Pete.

Yes, the smallest change in the FM leads to such tragic consequences ....((

I will continue to work !)))))

Is there any plan to do the normal in-line engine versions, or the interesting Junkers-Lansens JL-12, with 30 downard-firing Thompson SMG for trench straffing?

Oh, I was attacked by influenza. (( I have a master plan to drink vodka with pepper and aspirin.
Not so long ago I gave this advice to a friend Malone. Now use myself.

I  take a break  from my activities and you too.

AMAZING!  :o WOW!
A Junkers F-13!! What a cool classic airplane.
It is defenitly a wonderful addition to the IL-2-1926 or 1936 versions of the game.
This airplane was born in 1919 and flew for commercial service almost 20 years! What a classic machine.
It is looking very nice. I really like it. Thank you Skipper, I will test fly it soon.

Just a teeny nit-pick.... (It's a sign I'm interested)

Whilst I like this idea, the placement of wings would not work too well in real life, because there's not enough balance ahead of the centre of gravity, and since the centre of pressure is so far forward, you would get an aeroplane that was tail heavy to fly, possibly dangerously so. The wings need to come back a tad.

But other than that, brilliant. Just right for those tiny little wars in faraway places.

Apparently, once started joking, then recovering ... ))))

IMHO geometrically front edge of the wing is positioned correctly

I made two versions of weapons -
with a machine gun and without gun.

Uninstall the old version.
