Yep, that's definitely a Bearcat, something that a late 1945+ war with Japan definitely needs.

The list of selectable options for this bird sounds great.

Digging the prop into the deck was a real potential in the real Bearcats.  This was a fighter that you really wanted to fly off the ground with little or no tail coming up first.  Same with landing, a good three point landing was the most desirable.
