A bit fast, but it almost certainly looks like he ported IL2 to a animated movie.

This same studio make movie MIASTO RUIN. This movie show from air haw was destroyed Warsaw in 1944 after Warsaw Uprising. This was Warsaw witch sow polish and ather pilots.
