I just noticed that the Napier and the Kipling were not showing up in the game while the other two ships worked..I then reinstalled and only used V2 without adding V3 and suddenly those two showed up again;

I have the same problem for Kipling and Napier, but in a custom installation of 4.13 + modact, Im wondering why?

Yes, I too wonder why!
But one thing is sure... with the LOG there might be a way to know...

One last detail: did you do what is specified in the first post?
Note: v2 still required to be downloaded for skins. Install v2 and overwrite with v3.

For me they work without the V3 update.
