I'll second the Lashenden idea  :)

Also, if you want it, I have a basic layout of the A-2 "Criqueville" ALG in normandy - the next home of the 354th FG after Lashenden.

Lashenden and Chailey seem good suggestions - thanks. Bradwell Bay looks good too, and fits a gap in the airfield-cover :)

Stratodog - yes please. Do you want to email it to me? canonuk (AT) hotmail.co.uk

Cheers

***Fen runs in and shouts: "How about Deanland and Friston?" then runs from the forum before Canon can harangue him for taking the piss...***

:)  I think I'm happy to add Deanland, but I think I'll pass on Friston. I can't add every airfield - in 1944 there was around 1000 airfields in the UK. :)

Haven't posted anything here for a while, but redoing of airfields is coming along at a very good pace. Whilst I'm on the Channel map I decided to do a little retexturing - new English and French countryside textures.

Yep, all missions and campaigns made for the map will still work. I'm just replacing airfields plates - not moving takeoff points or anything else.

It certainly is: Geoffrey Wellum's Spit Mk1b
