F7F and P-61
« on: January 12, 2011, 03:39:04 PM »

Hi all!!

Again, new member and not an EoW, although they are great guys lol.......

I was wondering on the status of these two projects. I have not seen any new posts on the AAA website on the P-61, and I know that the project was on hold. Any updates on this one?

The F7F. I know more than a few folks are waiting for a true carrier twin, especially one with as little coverage as this gem. It appears that the fight model is at least done looking at the last post, page 7 of this forum some 6 months ago (Aug 10 I think). Does anyone know where this one is at as well?

I am not into modding, at all. I am however interested, and I have dedicated time to work on projects if someone would like me to get on board and help. I would need a good bit of instruction at first, but I have been spending time changing stuff I hated on WOE and such, not so much the flight model appearances, but some flight model performance stuff, little tweaks here and there. Please, if it will help get the F7F, P-61, or F-4 Phantom into the air, I'm game.

hey mate, the F7F is scheduelled to be completed. However it will have to wait till the MiG-21 is complete. The P-61 never really got anywhere back in the AAA days but perhaps someone will be working on one soon.

Hi all!

I posted this question a while back and wanted to see if there had been any progress on this plane, the F7F Tigercat. Does anyone know if there is still work being done on it or if there is an ETA for this a/c? Thanks!

Yes, you've asked before. The search function would have revealed the topic too, so there would have been no need to open a new one. Nevermind, old farts like me can do the job for you too, so I merged the topics.

Ah - btw, answer is the same as before.

Best regards - Mike
