Sadly, your link doesn't work. "topic seems off limits"
Just re-checked, everything seems to be OK.
Nevertheless, you can go to UP page ,

http://ultrapack.tuttovola.org/index.php

Maps-textures section, it is there.
Good luck !

Beautiful map, good infrastructure of cities and towns. Carefully and thoroughly established ports, train stations, buildings, airfields. Thanks to the author for good work.

Maybe it makes sense to add some fun texture of the mountains. The mountains are installed fine, just a little to diversify the landscape.
Add a little texture for map_t.tga?

I have become a bit obsessed with this beautiful map and I am building a campaign on it. I have been wondering whether it might get a texture makeover too - It's great as it is, but I wonder if it's on anyone's radar (Agracier?) for a texture redo? If so, one little request - there was a village at a pass in the mountains at El Mazuco - Google Earth gives it as 43.22'50.35 N; 4.51'09.68 W - which was the site of a significant battle; but I can't see it on the map. I've started making a village template in FMB; but it's pretty crappy and if the map gets a makeover, it would be great to see this village added by someone with more talent than me.

Cheers

@Dagwood:
Don't know what the state of art is at the moment but there is another map of Galicia in progress by Agracier:
