I'm afraid I had few explanation what happens and what I try...
I made a single mission in FMB.
Set Ryujo as stationaly ship on a sea.
Set one A6M nealy Ryujo, and set its first waypoint "TakeOff", check mark "Player".
Then I play this single mission, at the same time mission starts my A6M spawned inside of hull and exploded.
I had to edit...
_Park00~05 z position ?
Instead of _RWY_TO.
...no, no, _RWY_TO also needed edited, but to solve my A6M explosion, _Park00~05 z position have to been edited.
Directly.
I changed only _RWY_TO and _RWY_LDG.
changed... try... explosion... changed try... explosion... changed try... explosion...
Change Z Coordinate on RWY_TO to adjust the spawn height of the aircraft.
You must close down the game before doing the text edit, then restart to see the changes.
Just minimising the game window will not work.
When the spawn height is correct you will see that the aircraft swings left before coming onto the takeoff path. To correct this adjust _Park00, _Park01, 02, 03, 05 and 05.
Adjust the whole group not just one point.
Coordinates I think work like this. Some ships are different.
+y moves to port
+x moves towards bow
I have moved the Park Group towards starboard by 5 metres which has improved the takeoff but it needs more work to be good. Will also need checking with a full flight deck after it is made to work with a single aircraft.
_TOW00a and TOW00b is one arrestor wire. The coordinates need to be adjusted to make the wires line up with the blocks at each end.
Some of the deck sections need adjusted slightly in hier.him to line up better.
This model is showing great potential. I hope to see it completed.
Before finishing I did one complete takeoff and landing under manual control. Its great. It looks really small compared with coming into land on one of the big fleet carriers. -- Must get rid of the bumps in the flight deck though

Now with your this post, I understand the hooks "park00~05" and "_TOW00a-00b, _TOW07a-07b".
Adjusting all of them.

I seems to CVL has only 2 _ParkXX hooks because of its small deck.
CV has 6 _ParkXX hooks.
My Ryujo is made smaller, are 6 _ParkXX hooks too many and too closed?
I think Ryujo and other IJN CVL will have 4 _ParkXX hooks.
2 _ParkXX hooks is too fewer than IJN CVLs' activities.
How about do you think it?
In other hands, we can make MOD CVs/CVLs more _ParkXX hooks, like Ryujo and CVL have 6, Shokaku and CV have 10!!
Then it is neccesary to edit _ParkXX hooks x y z position each other carefully, not to accident(conflict) at spawning.
I have thought many times "Only 6 planes can spawn on CV is too few".
