IJN Ryujo CV in New SLOT

This MOD is originally made by gio963tto.

And... I add .ini/.properties files and java class to stand alone IJN Ryujo CV, instead of replace IJNCVGenerric.
At same time some repaint deck lines, sampling a WWII photo.
