Well I just scrolled a bit through AXIS Warbirds & pilots of WW2 facebook group.
Next time I'll select some from Allied Warbirds and Pilots of WWII. It's just the time which stops me in making a nice and long post with many good res color images from all nations. :)

Short S.35 Shetland I, S/N DX166, a rare beauty.
Maiden flight December 14 1944.
Burnt out at its moorings on January 28 1946 as a result of a galley fire.

Amazing that they would use the resources to make a one off that big at that point in the war. I've seen pix of it before, but never really figured out what it was supposed to do. Was back when the Brit govt actually encouraged development of military aircraft. Wow.
