The upper image is at least close to reality.
Even though the West German Luftwaffe never used the MiG-21 in operational service, still in 1990 all airworthy MiG-21 were handed over to them and received registration numbers accordingly.
What they didn't ever receive were insignia, concerning this aspect your image is even quite historical.
The paintscheme is non-historical though (it represents the scheme 81 used by NATO) and of course the fictional conversion to AN/APQ-159 radar and RB-199 engine as well.
24+17 is unknown to the books, the "sister" airplane 24+18 is on display in it's original NVA paintscheme at Rothenburg Museum:
