4.09, 2.3b
4.10, 2.5b

Not too sure what the problem is, but I started to create this map in 4.09m + UP 2.01 then continued with 4.10 + SAS 2.5b. Everything seems to work on my computer.

Very nice map indeed and quite a pleasant suprise. Thank you very much. One interesting thing: I can save missions on the "late 44" map but not the "mid 44". Go figure. Anyone else have this problem?

Try use the universal static.ini checker to search for missing object or look at your LOG file searching for errors and report them....

Sorry about the DL link. I took the files out of my dropbox to make room for other ones. I will put them back up when I get home from work later today. This map is already included in UP 3.0, but that version has a slight error in the texture map but a fixed version will be in my update on here.

Dave,
your map is very nicely done! Thank you very much for it.

I run a UP 2.01 / Modded 4.09 install.   And your map is for 4.10...
I was having some doubts if it would work for me or not, and it is working...  A very welcome surprise.

Please keep up the good work.

I would think that if you have the object packs installed it would work in v4.09, but I put v4.10 on there just to be safe.

Hello, I wanted to ask the creator of this superb map if it is posiible to use this Western Carolines map v0.6 under v4.09m with UP2.01, because if it was possible I could tune some of the files by myself, so the map could work in 4.09m.
So I want ask if there's any way how to make it work under 4.09m + UP2.01, i also have Boomers UP Objects Pack.
Im not "a fully fledged" modder, but i know how to correct, change or tune some broken things in buggy mod or to modify some things in a mod.

But i have some projects- I will to 'start' (creating fully) with them in very close future, and planning to create 2 or three planes. But because lack of time, they are in so pre-born state that any presentation is meaningless.
But back to the point, if there is someone who can tell me how to tune this map, i would be very happy.

Im asking hubly someone of the creators of this map to send me PM or post it here, what and where i should modify to make it work under my installation (4.09m+UP2.01).
I have my reasons to use the v4.09m + UP2.01 even in this time.

Maybe im hung too tight to the v4.09m -someone could think, but in fact the 4.09m is stabler and most of mods are working better under it, because the UP3 is still beta (or RC) and standard game v4.101 is not so friendly to the mods.
But that just my opinion, if the UP3 willl be right, i will switch to it..but to that time i will be with fully modded and tuned 4.09m+UP2.01+ custom SAS'46 mods+ my custom tuned/added things xD

Install it under v4.09/UP2.01 and try it. If it works then fine.
If not then it is likely to be because of missing objects and/or missing textures.

Get the Universal Static.ini Checker   https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,10282.0.html
If you use this to run a check on the map it will tell you what objects are missing.
If you install Boomers Object Pack this should cover everything.

If it still doesnt work look in the logfile. This is likely to tell you why the map failed to load.
