Quick Reply - Yes!
(The command "extract here" seems to create a folder?)

Now Ju-88 not work properly.
But I think this is a good idea with the trick :)

Hello people, I want to give my small contribution to this great work of "retro modding" (thank you! I still love 4.09 version and waiting for all other 4.10 planes in 4.09!)

As for the Ju-88 problem (and if you see, it's also a problem for Hs-129): the FB_3do21.sfs files contains upgrades for already existing planes (Ju-88, Hs-129, etc.)
If you put "@sfs MOUNT fb_3do21.sfs" line AT THE BOTTOM of the .rc list, new models will load, and you have the Ju-88/Hs-129 gear problem.
Waiting better solution, you can add "@sfs MOUNT fb_3do21.sfs" line BEFORE (at the top of the list), so old model will load replacing new ones.
Hope this will help.

I think that problems can only be with the aircraft, which were partially modified ..
On the basis of which built new version .. For me and 88A4 and Henschel look good ... in the default version of the aircraft.

1) open it with notepad
2) search for fb_3do20.sfs.rc by notepad find tool
3) paste the new line below

or above the first line if you like to try Benelli suggestion as write 3 post above this one!

All the best!

walter

PS .rc file is into main root FILES folder.....

To those having a problem with these in QMB and the Do-217, you need to go to your IL2/Quick folder/LastMission.quick and delete it. The game will generate another one when you restart the game with a working AI only Do-217. That what I have at the moment so far. If its supposed to be a AI only, then it's fixed. If I should be able to fly it, then I still have a problem. It shows up as !Do-217 in my dropdown menu.

Coolness. I'm going to lay down my head. It's hurting with all the thinking and trouble shooting I have been doing these last couple of hours :D

Superb guys, thank you very much.

I was also wondering if it should be flyable as there is a Ju-88 folder in the cockpit folder. ???

Stefano if you need the files I can upload them for you.

Wishing you all the very best, Pete. ;D 8)
