If I may so boldly suggest, slave the ball turret's manual extension/retraction to the airbrakes ( it was working on the swordfish's tail gunner ) - I know it extends on it's own whenre there is enemies around, but what if you want to use it manually ? otherwise outstanding work. ;D

 >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(Well I can't get this baby to work.
Probably because of the half arse instructions.
No mention of weapons load out...
No mention of skins folder...
cant find CirX's Combined Contrail Fixes v2 by SAS search so that doesn't help.
I've spent 2 hours trying to get this working can anyone give me decent instructions on how to get this puppy working..
The game loads up okay but when you go to the quickmission the aircraft can't be seen and when you try to fly the quick mission the aircraft doesn't appear.
Something seriously wrong somewhere..

Whoa mac! installing this plane is the same as any other. download the plane, add the entries, and fly it. the instructions are simple.... not half assed,

No mention of weapons load out...
No mention of skins folder...
Really ::) Do I have to really explain that to you? Ok, I will because other people dont know. Don't need a list for weapons loadout, unless you want to change the name of the weapons that show on your game. and the skin folder is named the same as the 1st part of the air.ini entry.... THE AIRCRAFT's NAME ON THE LEFT COLOUMN IS THE NAME FOR THE FOLDER TO USE FOR SKINS.

cant find CirX's Combined Contrail Fixes v2 by SAS search so that doesn't help.
Epervier already covered this so I dont need to, but it only took him 30 seconds...

I've spent 2 hours trying to get this working can anyone give me decent instructions on how to get this puppy working..

First of all, you told me jack shit on what your running, so how am i supposed to help you?

Something seriously wrong somewhere..
Read the other posts and you'll see where the "Something seriously wrong" is in this topic. here's a hint, you wont have to look very hard as it's nearby ;)

Now, try again without being a fucking prick about it.

Well I can't get this baby to work.
Probably because of the half arse instructions.
Thanks for pinpointing me to this mod acred99, I just noticed that I missed this one for some unknown reason, but now that you bumped it...

Downloaded, installed, works flawlessly out of the box.
Great work Riken, my regards!

And back to acred99, about those instructions...

When I read ignorant/arrogant comments like this from guys like acred99 I wonder why we bother to share anything we create.

I know where he can look to find the source of his problems though .... in a mirror

Good post Riken  ;)

Hey Guys ,

Please remember that for every untoward sort of response are many that appreciate all the enhancements that hugely improve the quality of our leisure time through your offerings.

Thanks for those of us.

I agree with the post above, this particular mod has been a blast and it is very much appreciated.

@ SAS~GJE52, we call that PEBKAC ( Problem Exists Between Keyboard And Chair ) I found the instructions adequate and concise, and mods are much anticipated, very welcome, and largely appreciated by the majority of us, so  don't lose heart over 1 comment :)

Well thanks guys for your super fast response.
Epervier link has helped sort the problem out. :-*
It must of been Combined Contrail Fixes v2 found in 30 secs....
I like playing the game but you can spend a lot of time trying to get things to work.
I like to wait for all the SAS updates because everything is idiot proof..
Its a great aircraft and much needed. so a big thanks for creating this beauty.
I have looked in the mirror ... thanks for the comments appreciate it.
However this is the text in the downloaded zip file.
Sorry but there is no mention of skin folder and no mention of weapons load.
Is it automatically added now?
I'm sorry but I haven't downloaded anything since the SAS update V 3.06
I'm running 4.101m
I miss the Halifax and Canons UK maps.
Still can't get WestFront44 to run..
So sorry to all for my comments they obviously have been taken the wrong way...
I spend most of my time putting up and info skins in my website www.asisbiz.com which I'm sure most of you use for a references.
Again sorry for coming across so badly its frustration on not getting it to work. Its Monday now and I'll have to wait till the weekend again to play it.
