I'm afraid I may be in the same boat as Igora, given his entry in this thread.
In QMB, B24D shows as flyable, yet, when selected as such, only external views are available, with no apparent ability to control the aircraft.  :'(
Even so, she is one great addition to the game, perhaps more in line with what most folks picture when thinking of a Liberator than the game's stock J model. :)
Thank you, Riken, and thanks to anyone who sheds light on what I'm missing with my 4.10 SAS modact setup.

I believe I have found a solution to the 'missing cockpit' that some of us face. I simply installed Ranwer's beautiful B24pit (which I had totally forgotten about in my 410 setup) and, voilĂ , the cockpit appears!

I have made all.
1). I removed the old cockpit B-24.
2). I downloaded new cockpit from Ranwers and putch for B-24J (  https://storebror.it.cx/sas/archive/sas2/Ranwers/B-24pit.7z and http://www.4shared.com/get/mJm4u9Op/flyable_B24J_loadout_Ranwers.html)
Now it,s O.K.
Many thanks for nice job.
P.S. Sorry my English.

Great plane and great work, thanks Riken!

Just a little help in bug-spotting:

1) the bombsight-locks up (but this is already known);
2) in the top turret, there's only one gun firing (the gun on the right).

Aaaaaahhhhh ha. There's the corprate to why the Gun fires on the right of the nose gun :D Thanks for the heads up benelli! I know how to fix that one ;)

Sorry guys, I forgot to mention that you'll need to get Ranwers B-24 Cockpit for this bomber. I'll add that into the first post as well.

You all are very welcome. ;)

Before it is to be said, Yes, it does take a long runway for the AI and autopilot to take off from when you do scramble missions with a bomb load. The B-17s are also affected by this as well. I will look into this to see if we can get this fixed too.

In the mean time, try to find an airfield that doesnt have any trees or buildings at the end of the runway for about 3 miles :D
