Hello All,

ChanKlaus wrote: "...almost seems as if SAS attracts people being with Asian women..." I think, he might be onto something there.

Here are a few pictures of my wife and me.

As tourists at Osaka Castle.

By the way, thank you, GJE52, for your extensive tech-support. It sort of worked. Couldn't get onto Imageshack from here. I am not all that good with computers. As you can see from the next pictures, I am a little more at home with older technology.

Good Question.
Now having the Flight-stick centered and pulling it back is 11.inches. Having the Flight-stick centered and pulling to the left is 8 inches. I have my cockpit laid out so that I have a few inches each way to maneuver the stick. I really tried to keep it to a realistic scale. Thanks for asking!

Nice Forum mates.

That's me in front #1, leader squad from EDA Brazilian flight demonstration exhibits, as know as "Esquadrilha da Fumaça"
(translated something like Smoke's Squad). The plane is an A-27 Tucano

So many great systems! <S>

I'm using a modest system: Thrustmaster FlightStick + home made Freetrack system with infra-red leds.

UCSTaylor,

Yes, that is one of the problems with doing a joystick extension....the throw increases geometrically with the length. I increased my flight stick length by 5.5 inches. Fortunately the increase in throw is only about 5 inches from stop to stop....very usable for my cockpit. You may want to increase the joystick axis sensitivity to help with the long throw. By the way, nice cockpit! I'm looking forward to seeing the finished product.

Jiver67,
I don't mind the length of the extension. I have long arms to begin with and believe it or not it, it actually feels rather good. I will definitely play around with the joystick axis sensitivity though. Thanks for the advice!
