Hello All

Here's some pics of my simpit, it's supposed to represent an F4U Corsair...


In the beginning (2007)...






Developing into maturity... a labour of love.




This subby gives a nice bit of felt 'blowback' with the right noise levels...




More internals...




Soon after the first test flight (2008)...






The setup has been upgraded a bit since it was built, I'll take some more snaps & post them shortly.
Of course the CRT has been replaced with LCD (considering O/H projector mounted to fuselage at rear of cockpit).


Now as it appears ...'Battleworn' :)








Buttkicker has been added & coupled with a 5:1 sound (a MUST have for that physical immersion)...sit back & FEEL the ride!!
TIR5 tops it all off.  Working on an instrument panel...after ages!

The pit gets a HUGE amount of use whether for IL2, FPS games, SH5 as well as a racing pit ...its been well worth the effort.


...& thats my time waster :)
