Antonov AN-2
TYPE :Soviet Single-engined general purpose biplane
Produced from 1947 to 2002 the An-2 will be a useful addition to IL-2. It can be used for slow flights, sight seeing and exploring the maps and nature particularity :D
Designed as a multirole aircraft the russian built Antonov An-2 was widely used by the Eastern Bloc military forces. Used in both military and civil roles for crop-dusting, scientific versions for atmospheric sampling, water-bombers for fighting forest-fires, flying ambulances, float-equipped seaplane versions, lightly armed combat versions for dropping paratroops, and of course the most common An-2T version, which is the 12-seater passenger aircraft.

The model has a poly count of ~14000 (but can be lowered if needs)
PM me for the model!
Thanks!!!

Yes.The AN-2 is a really important plane for cold war. But It is worked on at AviaSkins as far as I know. From what I can derive from the screens it makes really good advantage.

They can be found all over the world, as they are very useful and reliable. I've seen two at US airshows a few yrs ago.  North Korean spec ops are supposedly equipped wiht these for spec. ops stealth attacks when they decide to "liberate" S. Korea. Supposedly. Sounds goofy enough to be true. They would be hard to detect at night and low.

At least one was shot down by a Huey that encountered it in Vietnam in the late 60s, but I forget the details on taht. It's got plenty of uses, and should have paratroop capability if anyone makes one. I know I'd sure find uses for it.

Any news on this plane?

Could this FSX/FS2004 model be imported to IL-2?
