If you watch Destination Truth Josh Gates

He was investigating a forest in Romania and took a flight I am sure in one of these baby's and while over the forest the top canopy section literally ripped off.
Very interesting plane indeed.

lmao before i clicked next page i was thinking "hey wasn't that the plane the DT team was on when the top popped off". O/T but i'd like to know wtf the deal is with that barren spot in the forest. I took a peak on google earth and its not really as middle-of-nowhere as they make it out to be.

WTF?  ???       I can't believe this guy flying a biplane transport like that.......he must be very good, or very insane, or both. Amazing how sturdy that machine is.

Whoever comes up with the flight model needs to see some of these vids; I had no idea this AC had that much power.

I also had no idea that insanity was so rampant in Europe.........I have GOT to go there someday. An entire summer methinks.......

Annie is really great plane. I will never forget my first flight as student in right seat (pilot-instructor seats in left ;)), made in OSTO - MAI flying club... Very maneuver aircraft with strong construction and no stall speed. It can do impossible things, for example one of exercises was flying at a speed of 60 km/h, with full extended flaps! If you try to fly slower it will just pull it's nose down until it reaches minimum speed. In same flight instructor made "immelman" on it... And video of crazy russians flying it ;) Not my and not MAI flying club.
