I like the way you populated the cities, very clever way of combining 3d objects on phototextures. Take for instance the brick walls along the road... That way you can have less objects which is good for framerate.



Something similar I did when populating Sidi Ifni on Agraciers Ifni map.
And good to see my desert house repaints are used a lot.  :)

I have installed redko's MTO remade V1 and everything works except:
Axis QMB "scramble" take off - the runway is out in the ocean.
I wrote redko a PM  and he said this to me:

OK so it's QMB bug, i don't remember where but i saw that bug somewhere and it has to be corrected with a patch by Benito if i rember well.
I was asking cause i rewarked a little the coact of the map, and also the "water airfields" to avoid to let planes take of on the ground instead of water. But all this is a mater of meters.

I noticed when changing the exe with jsgme, planes appear on differeny places in this map, when axis i appear in the sea. Try to post on benito's thread maybe the could find you the solution and how to patch

first thanx 4 this beautiful add on... i dl it and installed it...nice readme...

I still dont see the changes..nor object or new textures..can i be given some directions on what i ve done wrong

 am on a 4.09 up 2.01..

I had the desert  buildings and Lybia folder...i let those be overwritten on install...could that be the problem???
i changed the static.ini   in the modsfolder not files....
also the new floor files  i just put in mods folder ...
...i get no error messages

I found the cause of this Blue Scramble problem.  The mission is made for the original IL2 1946 MTO map, but the map you and I now have is a "UltraPack" MTO map which is proportioned differently.  It's necessary to either obtain a new mission file or open the existing one to move everything north to the new location of "Crete".

Map F issue

I would be grateful for a map F.  I tried to install this as a separate install and followed the directions to remove that section and rename the load file.

Now it won't load due to a missing FAR MAP line.

Could we please get a map f for those of us who would like a separate install?  I would be very grateful. 

I do appreciate the work that goes into these maps, so please don't think of anything in this as criticism.  I just want to keep all the maps I can get.

Well no kidding guy, you did say you live in Venice. I'm sure EVERYTHING there is wet to one degree or another :P!

Ok but seriously, so this is more than a standard repaint, its actually a redrawing of the map boundaries/landforms?
