:D Now that's funny. I'm thinking that he's a bit confused on who actually did this? We both do the same kind of quick response work, and we both have the big letter "R" that our names start with. too excited to function properly I guess :D

Thank you, Riken, for the very quick response and this great mod.

On a related note, is there any material on this site that points to how this is done?  (cloning parts from one plane to another)  Does this require 3D work?

Inspired by artists in this site (Riken is a good example here), I'd like to try my hands on something less daunting, and am wondering whether this is a good way to start experimenting...

Thank you again.

Cheers,

Thanks Riken, it works great.   From the firing time (about 14 seconds) I would guess that you gave the 20's about 125 rpg just like my P-51 references say it should be.  Great Job!!  :) :D  ;D

Your welcome there slow. The cannon parts on this are a seperate mesh so that it can easily be altered later on. Didnt wanna make them part of the wing as it's a bit of a hassel to just map these parts if they were connected. Plus, it makes mapping to templates easier as there are areas open just for it ;)

I believe that those would have to be cut off the wings in the 3D if I'm not mistaken. These are just a quick mod until the cannons can be properly modeled and mapped.
