I know this personally (about lawyers, not any Helldiver).

Those are good ones. Far heavier load than an SBD, 20mm instead of 50s, it was a better weapon than the SBD, even if pilots were more fond of the SBD.

I'm pretty sure that I saw a WIP for the Helldiver from CsoCso quite some time ago. He had a model of the F7F Tigercat also. I think that his work on the Mig-21 has pretty much consumed most of his time since then though.

There was a really beautiful SB2C made by a modder for Microsoft's CFS2. It also featured a great engine sound. I have that file, and the CFS2 file for one of my favorites, the F5F Skyrocket. If anyone wants to take a crack at a convervsion to IL-2/DBW just let me know.

With a better skin that would be great for il-2, but the cross over work and permission stuff probably isn't worth it
