In Chuck Yeager's experience the H was not as good as the D series (note that this is a very edulcorated version of the actual words he used..).

I personally don't mind, even if I can't think of a suitable operational use. TBH I would like to see the P-51D fixed before having this though

is it just me or does the canopy look like the one from the bearcat ? Sitting so high on the fuselage.

of course, if 101tfs is doing new 3d, then let's not hold him back! :D
