because even with Water=4 it looks like the picture i posted titled "MODDED WATER"
it looks awful!
i want water that looks like the pictures on the 1st page of this fourm

What is your graphics card model?
Did you check all the other settings in the last post?
I put the wrong VideoSetupId settings, It's fixed now.

Also did you remove what you had added,because it looks like you didn't need to add anything to begin with and are you running your game with perfect settings?

i saw that someone instead of setting water=4 they set water=5, is it any better by doing that?

No, it isn't.

Edit: I made it, Simply dragged the (CarsmasterWater v.3 14 beta ( NOT compatible OLC Water V2)), into the (#SAS) Folder :P

I just installed this mod, and the water did not come out looking quite like the screenshots I've seen here:



The wave animation itself is rough and jerky, but everything else runs perfectly smooth.
I installed it the way agracier said to and set the confi to water=4.  Could this be because of my graphics card (Radeon HD 6410D with 2014 MB memory) or is something in my confi.ini not set right?  I'm using DBW build 6
