So my question is, is it possible to get these foam effect on the waves even on "GOOD" weather settings? Is there something I can edit on my own inside this mod to get that?

Maybe try setting your weather to poor, but turning off the clouds (video settings). This is what I do in the pacific theatre to create a hazy/humid looking atmoshere.

WARNING: WATCH YOUR GPU TEMPS

This mod can push your GPU to 99%, something I've never seen before running Il-2 with my GTX285 OC.  Did Carsmaster reverse engineer Cl*D water???  It's hard to believe I'm seeing this in Il-2  ???

As a GTX460 owner I can tell when my card is being pushed as its louder than a dump truck driving through a bomb factory when under stress.
No such problems here.

It may be related to your Ati type.
You might try some tricks to improve your performance..e.g. texture compression S3TC in your setup, or set TexFlags.TexCompressARBExt=1 in your config.ini..still not sure if those tips are correct or help ;)

Good Luck. I also need a new card with better power this year. Quality=super-power and high performance qulity=medium with mine. No cash ATM ;D

This is probably as good a place as any to ask  ;)
I am using a GTX275, but when I set water=4 in my conf.ini. I get the dreaded colour banding (rings) effect in water. I have to use water=1, which negates any effect this mod might have.
I am running win 7 x64 bit and using 270.61 drivers, but it was also an issue with previous driver versions.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Me too, I have a GTX275 with windows7x 64 bit i5 cpu 750, but in water = 1,2,3,4,5... The expected effects do not appear, no foam, no more pronounced waves instead seem unrealistic transverse purple streaks .. I forgot what to change? Thanks for an answer.
