Mega patch ALL IN ONE !!

Not sure if you guys had spotted this but very useful if reverting to a vanilla IL2

I guess he wants to know whether the resulting 4.10.1m installation's stability is alright and whether it's really the same like manually applying one patch after another.

Now that all the IL-2 patches don't do anything but replacing files in the IL-2 installation folder, one can easily guess that a cumulative patch does the same like some sequential ones.

The hardest part is to get hands on the "MegaPatch" at all, since M4T has no download links available. I'm currently downloading from some overstressed mediafire server, took 3 hours already and about 1 hour pending.

Argh... didn't see the download links since for some unknown reason I wasn't logged in anymore.
