Who's working on "triggers"

Mission builders are playing with the scripting capabilities in ClOD FMB. Here's some of the "triggers" (actually called 'methods' in programming language) that can be used in ClOD FMB. So who's working on improved methods/triggers for IL2-1946?

UP 3.0 will have the AI triggers. Its Lutz's addon of course.

I am not aware of something else for missions and AI conditions...

So are you guys saying triggers as in "if you shoot down an AI fighter or whatever" it will trigger another spawn of whatever or an event to be triggered into happening?

I thought that TD said that triggers would be a part of 4.11...some time ago.
Of course the Command & Control mod by CY6 has a trigger action for the spotter to light smoke when you are flying nearby.
