Yeah, wouldnt have fancied approaching Malta in 1941/42 in a glider! Very good chance of getting ventilated!

I am pretty sure and a squad of German Special forces used them to glide onto the mountain where the italian dictator Mussolini was being held to rescue him.

Oops what I actually meant was the Balkans and Crete, German Paratroopers were towed in by Ju-52's and dropped over key positions if they weren't shot to pieces already, and very often the glider would smash into pieces upon landing if it was not careful and on smooth terrain.

Ok Something I haven't said yet is that, you put maybe a chair, a low texture instrument panel, Stick and pedals, just to add some detail to the external model, the Internal (Cockpit) is completely seperate 3d model.

I do not know where I read it, but some missiles used in the bombardment of the airfield, ie one out of the MG34 which has dominated the pilot will try to find out anything about it
