Do you have realistic landings turned on?
Also faster landing &/or heavier ac need a shallower final landing approach angle when coming in and a more gradual/gentle flaring to lessen landing impact rates, that or your still going too fast.
You could put your pilot onto 'A' autopilot for landing, and watch some landing for some idea of speeds and angles - AI landings are only a guide for your aircraft (= A/C), as player aircraft cannot fly as the AI can.
It could be your coming in from to close or at a higher speed than needed - wing wagling and fish-tailing the rudder can eat some speed, but don't lose or over compensate control(s).
Practice in (either in FMB or create own LAN game) single & twin engined A/C landings to get a differing feel for different landing approach angles, as well as in your prefered jet.
Remember that you could surge/flameout your jet engine if you adjust it to quickly or have it set to low - keep some power (20%+) on for more control, better spooling up time and lower sink rates.
Practice will make for better landings, although some A/C I still can't land as good as others. I still suffer from not always being smooth enough, coming in too hot and too high (= high angle approach) which leads to bouncy or crashed landings, ground looping, running off the tarmac, hitting something (4.09m mission airfields have a frequent bug of static A/C parked on taxiways) or all of the above in some variation of magnitude.
Oh, I fly using a dual stick gamepad.
