Essentially that's what it does and indeed it is possible for a Sabre pilot to do as you said. In reality though, when the Sirena units first made an appearance in Korea, they didn't know they were in existance.

Hi
I would like to ask about the new jet Era, so will It make conflicts with the previously released jet aircrafts, and with the rocket armament like its happened when we changed to the 1.2 version?

It seems that I'll have a lot to do after my finals - MiG-21 is gonna be out this or next month, ain't it?

As I'd said previously, as soon as JetWar v1.3 is out, the MiGs will follow shortly. Ideally I was hoping JetWar was out before New Years Day, but due to some personal circumstances, this was pushed to Easter. Then I was simply too busy to check the forum for about a month and here we are now :)

I've currently got DBW 1.7 installed.  Can I just install JetWar 1.3 on top of that and be done with it, or is there more I need to do?  Sorry if this has been asked before but if it has I missed it.

you will need the latest sas engine mod!!! right after that you navo to download the pack, and the patch if you are using 4.101 version of the game, and it's importatn that the SFS files need to be extracted into tha main il 2 folder, and the 000_ .... v1.3 file into the #DBW folder, than you have to add to the RC file th entries and youare ready

Yeah well for some reason the 2.6 engine mod gives me a ctd after like 5 min after i start the mission, so i removed the class files form the mod, can jetwr still work properly?

Hi Wulfy,

Jetwar 1.3 requires SAS Engine Mod 2.6 to work properly.
You might be better off reporting your CTD error in the regarding Engines Mod thread (see https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,23327.0.html), preferably together with the contents of your log.lst file and, as a rule of thumb, to get behind CTD errors you will need to have the Instant Log File Output Mod installed (see https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,19308.0.html), otherwise your log.lst will be truncated and the most interesting part will be missing.
