Yep, that's the error and it simply means that you did not install all mod files.
Do it again and follow the readme this time.

 Hello..i just installed the mod and after many crashes with 5% 20% and 70% i've found a new problem
all jets from the mod have no sound a all

 I even tried to change the sound config and stuff but i have no clue of wath it could be,since i have 0 experience with modding 

edit:My game version is 4.12.2

I am not sure if the D0 217 is included in the Jetwar pack.    Looks like your error is related to a missing Flight Model. Try commenting the D0-217 out of your air.ini
ie open it with wordpad or similar and put // at the start of the relevant line.  Then restart and check the log file again. If the game starts then you need to re-install the D0-217

Nevermind...few minutes later i got a 30% loading planes crash and just discovered that the tecnics and static entries don't work with my game...i replaced the original #SAS and the mod,everything is ok now....thanks anyway.

If you cannot see this screen at all, your PC's firewall antivirus application or your Internet Service Provider might block the whole site of mediafire.
Then try 2nd mirror.
