There is a trick you can do in a sabre. Pull straight up, then when your stalling pull straight back. if you do that, u do about 5 or 6 barrel rolls before gaining speed :D ill post a video soon

If you are going 'straight up', you can't stall - your wings don't need to generate lift, so the AoA should be zero.

In the MiG on the other hand your options are rather limited. You can either bail out or bail out.

You can certainly recover from a flat spin in a MiG.

Maybe in a close future we could try with the MiG-21... I have seen a Pugachev' cobra executed by a SU-27 during Le Bourget airshow some years ago, it's very impressive! I will try to find a picture; for now just the SU-27 and me with a Mirage-2000

It is really a magnificent maneuver  ...but sadly nothing that we have in game,for now, can do it  :-\
