it does not realy matter if any modder ever takes up these. Just as a reference for modelers and other enthusiasts alone, threads like this one are worth gold. I love them. Thanx for doing the effort Kopfdorfer, be sure that they are much valued.

This is to me (again) a very good example of a good request.
I still think that searching for yourself is a unavoidable part of the process of model something, but, having already this kind of info available from the start, speeds up the process and makes your life a lot easier for you, when doing a project.

And I'd like to point that, apart from the history and data required, and your own previous interest in the subject, good detailed scale plans are the more tempting, and specially this kind of detailed drawings and photograps for difficult spots, interiors, etc, are the most needed when you go into detailing.
Because, often, you spent many time trying to find good info about this usually missing and obscure points. Or deciphering grainy shots while hunting for details, mostly in this kind of "not so famous" planes.
So, this kind of references to read and  look at, comes very handy and saves you a lot of "surfing, reading and searching". I think this is true no matter if it is a 3d model or a scale model or whatever you want to recreate, portrait, skin or build.

I also agree with the feeling that even if no one takes your requests they are valuable themselves, and also a good example for others wanting to request something, and as source of inspiration for some people, so yes, keep the posting.

As they are both so well presented and very often connected with my own preferences, I'll keep counting (no offense intended for other posts) Baronbutcher's and yours as my favorites.
Thanks for posting! :)

Kopfdorfer,

the way you kept posting requests is what this section needs!  I used to do the same thing you did in the past before my all requests got wiped out by accident.  One day, I shall do the same what you did.. Please keep up with your great requests, it also offer us alot of information about each aircraft.

:)
