Hi everybody,

Just before holidays I've realized that while working on the new part of the map (Egypt) I've affected a bit some things of the old one (specially rivers). I've then made a fast hot fix because boomer was preparing the map to be included in the new map pack.

This hot fix has not gone public so back from holidays here it is:

Don't worry, I'm working on a complete repaint of his houses.  ;)

Colour will change from candy to sandy.

They will be in the same colour range as the other Desert Houses and Mediterranean Style Houses I created.
So they might be useful to mapmakers working on other Med maps for instance.

Hello Uufflakke, those re-paints of yours are superb, a vast improvement on the previous colours. 8)

I don't actually think it was the colour that made my eyes hurt though, more likely my graphics card doesn't seem to like so many small objects together in one place, they seem almost to flicker.  Very bad on the eyes.

Maybe that has got to with the fact that Nounette's .tga's are 24-bits instead of the usual 8-bits.
When indexed object size goes down from 769 kb to 256 kb. I think that will also improve fps.

Uufflakke, splendid job! I for sure like it as I liked those Jerusalem houses and used those in my last and first project. :)

I keep getting this error with this map   INTERNAL ERROR: LoadTextureFromTga('MAPS/_Tex/Trees/MTO_AlteredBush8aTL.tga')

Any one know what I should do to fix it?

Do you have that tga file located in the reported directory?  If not, you can likely find it here, or perhaps edit the load.ini for the map to use a version of the tree which you have installed.

Can not remember where I found this file ...
I just found this is essential!
The original archive contains 6 files and is called: "NEW TREES.7z"

Thank you Epervier, but im still getting Load.ini/tex error. Im re downloading the map, and try a fresh install. I hate it when a map wont load lol.

Maps are usually fairly easy to debug.  Do you have the static.ini checker to ensure you have all the objects necessary for the map actors file?
