Colour reducer??

IIRC a program exist that help to reduce the colours from 65millions to the 256 colours format used by Il2 without losing too much quality. Anyone can tell me the name and where to get it??

save as 8Bit Bitmap...

2exposant8=256colors

in photoshop i always change the "image properties" to 8bit Bitmap before saving.
