From my POW the missing Cert AI in 4.101 (and relative pack too) is the reason why still I don't use it!

In offline fight it does a great difference!

*BUMPITY BUMP*

After getting fed up of a few things, tonight spent a few minutes and have successfully combined Cert's AI with the Catapult mod and made it 1956 compatible :) Give it a few more days and will post a new version.
