But Vautour looks more modern, bevause of the wings (IL-28 wings are straight).

True enough Gaston & Ivan-LR merci,
(I've had a couple of pints... ).

I've always loved the lines of the Il-28; whenever you think of a jet bomber as oppossed to a fighter/multi-role/bomber-interceptor (or interceptor-bomber I might add) from childhood blurred memory to modern spurr of the moment 1st thought memory connection, for me, my mind picture/idea is more often to be something like a Il-28 or the Vulture as they is a very aesthetically pleasing A/C's.

Gents, don't get too excited. Slow hasn't found the model as of yet. Hopefully next time he is on he would have checked his old HDD for us and will let us know.

Fixd  ;)

On a loosely related note, you may want to check out the Yak-28 (which had bomber and interceptor versions).

None as of yet! Slow says if he has it, then it will be on an old hard drive. Once he has a break from his studies, he said he will be more than happy to check for us.

It still had a long way to go. Damage model was nowhere near complete, no LODs, incomplete shadow model. Most of all, control surfaces weren't even modelled.

I've asked Slow again and unfortunately he can't find the hard drive it was on. He said if it does resurface he is willing to share but for now this should be considered a dead project.
