Hi mate!

I just tested both the news great plane you developed!

About the Hellcat all is working fine but this two give me a 20% CTD too!

I have test them in a vanilla 3.06 installation that I have on my netbook and I got the 20% only if I add the air.ini entry with the mod installed , if the 2 entry are disabled the game load fine even if the classfiles are still enabled!

Checking the log file don't show nothing....only empty document....strange issue!!!

Try one at a time and see if that might narrow it down. In the mean time, I'll see what I can do.

Ok. a 20% CTD means that you are missing something that this mod is using that has been used from other mods. I have taken the wings drop tanks from the P-51D series found here: https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,2728.0.html. I know that some of these planes are included in later installs, but check to see if you have them in your game.

Evening gentlemen, thanks for your help.

I don't have the UI P-51s installed, but I'm sure I've got UI1.2 on a disk somewhere. Would I be able to extract them from that, rather than download?

Edit: I've just found them in my HSFX 4.1 install. Any tips on extraction? I can't get other "compatible" AC from here to work in ModAct 3.06.

Check the first post for the US_Weapons_AAA_UI12 download. This is for those who DO NOT have these P-51s in their game.

Edit: Sorry pal, no change.

Edit: Both run fine in 4.09 HSFX 4.1, so it looks like the whole P-51 pack needs installing.

Edit: Downloaded/installed the P-51 pack; all OK. Re-installed the Thunderbolts; 20% CTD.

Just come back from holiday mate and finally I can came backe in SAS too!!!

Still only 165 SAS mail to read before start to read all the new tread I miss in the holiday!!!

Ok. Those who are having problems with these RAF Jugs Here's what I want you to do and report back
Delete the air.ini entries (one at a time) for each plane and start your game
  • Delete air.ini entry for the Thunderbolt Mk. I and start your game.
  • Replace the air.ini for the Mk.I and delete air.ini entry for the Thunderbolt Mk. II and start your game.

Ok, tried each airfile separately. Still get 20% CDT. Do not have the P-51s installed, however I have installed the "US_Weapons_AAA_UI12 ".

Ok. Duff, try downloading the P-51s and try again. If that works, then there are files in the P-51 package that I need to find.
