Until last year i was flying IL2 on a P4 with intel onboard video card. For two years i got into every trick to lower any setting down to make it playable. Then i got me an i7, 6gb ram, Ati 1gb memory card, 64bit system. At first didn't know where to start. From tweaking down, i jumped to tweak up :P

I fried my mobo, on my other PC so had to go down to the the dell. Quad core to single core really bites the bullet.

Has any one try 12.8 without the 11.5 .dll (IL2),, when I tried, got a blank black screen after launch. Win7 32Bit

lol why 32Bit?? Because P4 wont use 64Bit architecture. ::) :( >:(

I'm sorry for your mobo. :-[
I have an Athlon 64 X2 5700+, it have a poor operating frequency of 2.7GHz and I know how you feel. :)
Flight simulators need more clock's frequency than number of cores, so, if your P4 have a good clock's frequency, it can be not so bad. ;)

Hey, Bravo. :)
Why is your 3.2GHz CPU operating at 2.8GHz according to your SC?
Your clock multiplier was supposed to be 16, mate. ;)
