To whom this may concern Iv found just today that Driver Sweeper has been discontinued and a program called Driver Fusion has taken its place. A link:  http://phyxion.net/item/driver-sweeper.html
 Im trying it out now.

EDIT It works good, I believe even better, glad I chose it. :)

Looks nice.  I use 12.8 here, with atio6axx.dll (from 12.8) in the main game folder and INI,  but I'm constantly tweeking (and probly always will be...)  I may give that driver a shot.  Would you (BRAVO) be so kind as to share your conf.ini (render open_gl bit )  with me .  I've screwed around with mine so much I can't tell which one was which....

This is what I had this morning before trying yours which did ok fps wise  (40's in the pit),  but didn't show trees on the landscape. Other than that things look good from what I can tell....  Like I've said I've been tweekin heavy the last few days and this is not finalized settings,  I'll probly change lots more before I'm happy.   Still changing catalyst settings too.  I just saw yours posted and will give them a go tonight.  Any advice for this conf ini? (ie - do you see anything horribly wrong with it?) got I7 2600 ,  radeon hd 6670 2G ,  win 7 64.  Also I'm using 12.8 drivers in the main folder and in the conf.ini like so ----

[GLPROVIDER]
GL=Opengl32.dll

[GLPROVIDERS]
Open GL=atio6axx.dll
DirectX=dx8wrap.dll
