Well I've bashed my head against the wall long enough.  I'm using your CCC settings with Storebor's conf,  gone back to 11.5 dll,  It looks good,  FPS is decent until radio chatter comes on and I get a stutter,  so enough is enough I need to shoot stuff now.  Thanks for your info,  I'll no doubt be testing new settings till my eyes bleed, but that's all part of the fun, right?

Guys this is how I over came the stutters, lagging/tearing.

After some config, and Graphics control panel tinkering, any/all of my stutter/lag is nonexistant. Shes running as smooth as honey Ill post my conf. and CCC sett's.
